♥ DIY Craft: Simple Pretty Garland♥

Another Beautiful Simple DIY craft using my trusty Martha Stewart circle scallop punch.
This tool may seem plain.. but its a very powerful tool in my craft collection :)
To make this pretty circle garland i just glued 2 circles together about every half an inch apart on clear fishing line. Its time consuming but an easy one!
