Two Crazy Crafters Are HERE doing a guest DIY post!!! :D
These Two Ladies are and inspiration to ALL us Vintage Lovers!
They create Not Only Beautiful Crafts BUT also Share their Gorgeous Vintage IMAGES for All of US to use in our own personal work!!!
I’m giddy with excitement with the Adorable Craft they came up with for all you Lovely FPTFY readers!

Here is what You will need to get started:
glue
scissors
empty makeup compact
pretty scrapbook paper
printed vintage valentine
adhesive pearls and mini flowers
little chocolates – I used M&M’s
First clean up an old makeup compact, If it’s not the color you want, you can paint your compact first.

Now, cut pretty scrapbook paper to cover the top of your compact. You can layer several decorative strips of paper to add more dimension.

Print and cut vintage valentine.

Take a small paper doily or another piece of scrapbook paper and cut a small square. Adhere the valentine to the square and adhere to the scrapbook paper.

Adhere to the top of the compact.

On the inside of the compact, cut more scrapbook paper to cover mirror. Add a cute vintage label or the type of candy you are giving. Add adhesive pearls along the top and a small flower in the corner.

Cut scrapbook paper to fit into the compact’s makeup sections.

Fill sections with small candies or chocolates.
Now…
am I the ONLY ONE kicking myself in the BUTT for getting rid all my Mom’s Old empty Mary Kay COMPACTS!!!aahhh!!
This is what I get for trying Not to be a pack rat.
A clean house BUT not one single Mary Kay compact in sight to be able to recreate this awesome little craft.. ::sniffles::
Now you know to Save Save Save! hehe :)
