Things I learned and thought of because of a girl named Sandy…

[wpdreams_rpp id=0]

(the last 14 are written just for you)

I realized that it  CAN HAPPEN TO YOU!

♥ I realized that I can no longer blame myself for things I don’t have control over…

♥ I realized that bad things do happen to good people…

♥ I realized that rebuilding from severe illnesses is ongoing and that is effects every aspect of your life
♥ I realized that having a small business is a fragile thing…

♥ I realized that being a good person IS a good thing…

♥ I realized that the needs of others should always be forefront in your mind…

♥ I realized that NJ’s favorite sons Bruce Springsteen and Jon Bon Jovi
also come through for their NJ friends…in one night they raised 25
million dollars for NJ relief and continue to work towards more to
rebuild…so all I can say is they rock!

I am from New Jersey…have to give props to our boyz!

♥ I realized that FAITH gives you strength…

♥ I realized as I always have that there are so many people that have it so
much worse and as always I wish I could change that and we hope and
pray that things get better with each passing day…

♥ I realized that feeling helpless to help all of those people…young and
old and all of the animals who desperately need a loving hand is more
heartbreaking than ever and that it is important to do something no
matter how large or small because every loving touch helps…

♥ I realized that what is here today CAN BE GONE TOMORROW and that is truly a scary thing…

♥ I realized that friends and family and pets (they really are a comfort) are the core to existence…

♥ I realized that when a helping hand is extended to you…being thankful for
it and picking yourself up is something not to be embarrassed by…it is
also something that your loved ones want for you…

♥ I realized that family and friends are their for you when it is you that needs some help…

♥ I realized that I love my family and friends even MORE than I thought and that doesn’t even seem possible…

♥ I realized that there are no answers for WHY things happen…they do and they will again and again…

♥ I realized (but all ready knew) what an incredible community the blog
world is…it is so amazing…so loving…so caring…so together…so unified…so
gracious and I am proud and blessed to have you all in my life…
♥ I realized that angels don’t have to have wings…they walk through life each and every day…

♥ I realized how much strength is given from friends and family…

If you have the 3 F’s in life…FaithFamily and Friends you are rich.

I do believe that my family and myself are rich beyond imagination.  We
want to thank each and everyone of our friends here for being there for
us and know that we love you and appreciate you to the highest heavens.
We are blessed.  Thank you does not seem to be enough but know that it
is from the heart and you are in our hearts forever and a day…Keren and
Josh…there are no words and I know you know what is in my heart.

My thoughts and prayers go out to everyone that was devastated by this horrific chapter in our history and my wish for New Jersey my favorite state is that you are able to restore…rebuild and recapture the magic of my youth…

the Carousel will revolve again and sweet music will fill the children’s heart…the time will come.

I think that everyone needs to know that just because you don’t have a lot of money doesn’t mean that you aren’t rich. You are absolutely right that if you have faith, family, and friends you have far more wealth than what money could ever bring you. :)

    Thanks for this post!

The F’s is what make us rich in life.

    1. Faith- Is all we need, it can take a while but it will come if you have faith. Be patiently faithful and the Lord will bless you with his riches. He is the one who can give us all his riches and glory.

    2. Family- Is a group that is tight, together and there for each other. To have that makes you rich.

    3. Friends- Is the greatest thing out there, to know that it can grow with you, that is there through thick and thin. Now how rich can that be?

I just found your blog and read this beautiful post. Even though you wrote it a month ago I still wanted to tell you how touched I was by your words! I live in AZ, and glass just been visiting my niece in up state NY 2 weeks before Sandy. We went on a weekend trip while I was there and I visited NJ for the first time. I am so sorry about what happened in all of the states, but particularly NJ. God bless!

Speak your mind..
