When I think of Spring & Summer weddings I think fresh, fun, and vibrant. You have the freedom to play with colors and patterns so why not get a little creative? Chevron is one of my favorite patterns and there are so many different ways you can incorporate it into your wedding for a modern touch. Look below for some inspiration, starting with the invitations and ending with the favors!

Invitations

Your wedding invitations set the tone for your wedding. This chevron style from Invitations by David’s Bridal is the perfect way to tell your guests to expect to have a great time!

Attire

The obvious choice to include chevron in the attire would be with the bridesmaid dresses but this DIY tie project is an easy way to get the groomsmen in on the fun too!

Décor

Forget expensive linens, an affordable way to incorporate chevron into the décor is by buying fabric to use as a table runner. A simple way to make a statement! Look at more pictures from this styled shoot for plenty of inspiration.

Cake

A chevron cake like this one from A Cake Life would make for a beautiful focal point! If you’re serving cupcakes, an easy way to include the pattern is with chevron cupcake liners.

Favors

I love the idea of giving your guests something that they will actually want to keep and use. Also, what is more fitting for a spring/summer wedding favor than a live plant? Check out the easy DIY Tutorial here!
What are your thoughts on chevron? Do you plan on incorporating it into your wedding or is it too bold for your taste?
